Filling & Packaging
Versatile Filling Capabilities
After QC checks of the bulk product, we begin filling your packaging. Bell International Laboratories can fill a wide range of packages and product types, including packettes, tubes, bottles, cans, jars, powder and granular forms, lip balms, and hot fills. We can fill anything from small sample packettes to multiple gallon containers.
As an industry leader in green solutions, we offer all sizes of non-aerosol and continuous spray filling options, including Bag-on-Valve. These options run on numerous automated lines, upping our efficiency and allowing us to meet our partners’ needs.
All products are coded and can be induction sealed and labeled. We also offer shrink wrap capabilities and other specialized types of pack-out.
Capabilities
Automated Bag-on-Valve Can Spray Lines
BOV technology is cleaner and safer than traditional aerosols thanks to the elimination of chemical propellants. Our capacity is 100,000 cans per day and we can fill volumes from 1 oz to 12 oz. BOV can be used for sunscreens, deodorants, hair spray, acne sprays, and more.
High-Speed Tube Filling & Volumetric Filling
We can fill up to 100,000 tubes per day in volumes from .25 oz. to 8 oz. To accommodate other packaging such as jars and bottles, we use nine multi-head volumetric fillers to reach a daily capacity of 400,000 units. Our equipment is suitable for a wide variety of packaging ranging in size from .25 oz to 2 gallons.
Automated Hot Filling
Some products must be filled at elevated temperatures such as scrubs, sunscreen sticks, lip products, balms, salves, and deodorants. This requires special lines designed to cool products at controlled rates. We have multiple designated lines capable of hot filling as many as 40,000 units a day.
Perfume Filling
Our perfume filling capacity is up to 10,000 units per day. Fill volumes range from .33 oz. to 3.4 oz.
Packettes & Sachets
Packettes and sachets are an ideal packaging type for small and sample sizes. With machinery to fill small volumes into packettes and sachets, we can fill into any size that your brand may want.
Powder and Tablets
Solid-dose products, such as powders, bath salts, or nutritional tablets, can be challenging to fill. We have the experienced team to determine the necessary equipment to fill a variety of solid-dose products.
