Michael Wangsness

Michael Wangsness has worked in Quality Control for over 20 years. With majority of his career in a leadership role, his experience has revolved around the high tech and pharmaceutical realms and has worked for small, privately held firms to large corporations.  In his time in pharmaceuticals, he has worked with many different product types, including: tablets, patches, biologics, and liquids/creams/lotions/gels.

As the Quality Control Manager, Mike’s goal is to ensure that all products leaving Bell’s facility are held to the highest quality standards, ensuring that compliance is always met. His experience involves the development and implementation of processes that increase efficiency without sacrificing regulatory compliance or safety.  Along the way, he believes in fostering a quality mindset for everyone in the department and maintains integrity with everything done in the Quality Control labs.

Mike is a University of North Dakota alum, with a degree in Chemistry.  He spends his time away from work training for and racing in triathlons (all the way to Ironman distance!), traveling with his wife, being involved in animal rescue organizations, and spending quality time with his children when they come home to visit.
