Erin Richards

Erin Richards is an accomplished cosmetic chemist with 15 years of experience in personal care contract manufacturing. Within her positions as a formulation chemist, she developed new hair and skin care products, including OTC and natural products that have lined the shelves of national retailers to local salons for a variety of customers.

In her role as VP of Lab Services, Erin oversees a team of cosmetic chemists and engineers who develop a vast array of personal and home care products for Bell International Laboratories and our partners. Erin and her team are responsible for carrying products from concept to execution and ensuring that all applicable quality and stability testing requirements are met.

Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.
