The role is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain and Project Management Teamand will be responsible for all reporting, information processing, inventory support and data entry within this area.


  • Maintain daily production report
  • Support Inventory Specialists with administrative tasks related to inventory, shipping, product receipt and handling, and warehouse facility activities
  • Communicate any updates/issues to appropriate internal staff
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with customer orders or inventory both internally and externally
  • Assist Supply Chain and Project Coordination with any process improvement implementations
  • Assess and improve the sales order and customer service processes
  • Maintain and update price lists against customer accounts in the company’s ERP system.
  • Raise quotations in accordance with company procedures/guidelines
  • Work closely with the team to cover and assist in the entry of sales orders, acknowledgments, and date changes
  • Ensure all project information is appropriately documented and secured
  • Communicate with customers regarding inventory shortages and delivery dates
  • Work internally with Coordination and Scheduling to report and document inventory shortages
  • Any other special tasks, assignments or projects as requested by the company

Required Education and Experience
  • Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain role
  • BA or BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain role
  • Bilingual – Spanish
