Bell International Laboratories is a very good place to work. I have worked at Bell for many years. I could retire if I wanted to. But, I like my work, I still contribute to the company, and I very much like the people. The people are, in fact, a bit like family.

Medical, Dental & Vision

We care about your health and wellbeing. Full-time employees receive dental and vision coverage at no cost. You are also eligible for comprehensive medical insurance, and gain access to Freshbenies which provides additional benefits like telehealth, legal assistance and  identity theft protection.

PTO & Holidays

Employees receive generous vacation time and nine holidays per year. Full-time employees also receive 4 weeks of paid parental leave. Other leave is available for disability, military service, and various personal needs.

Tuition Reimbursement

As a scientific company, we value education. To employees pursuing qualifying undergraduate and graduate studies, we offer tuition reimbursement.

Additional Insurance

Full-time employees receive a $50k life insurance policy and short-term disability insurance at no cost to them. All employees can also sign up for long-term disability, additional life insurance, and supplemental insurance to help protect themselves and their families in the event of injury, disability or death.
